General conditions

Our Agreement is determined exclusively by the following general trading conditions. Variations from these conditions must be agreed upon in writing.

Limitations of liability :

Our passenger flights exclusively take place under the best known and suitable weather conditions. They are in each case noncommittal and without guarantee. If the contracted date is cancelled by the passenger, the entire fee has to be paid. The passenger is committed to carrying out the instructions of the pilot. This is to ensure the passenger’s own security. Should the passenger take no notice of the theoretical briefing and instructions during takeoff, flight and landing, thus endangering both the passenger and the pilot, the flight over Monaco will immediately be cancelled. We point out that despite firmly agreed dates, flyovermonaco reserves the right to cancel a flight at any time should the weather conditions be considered unsuitable. The pilot determines all the details leading up to the flight. It is always the individual pilot who is responsible for carrying out the flight. If the pilot considers the passenger not suitable for flying or if he considers the outside conditions (weather, wind, area, material) unsuitable, he can call off the flight. The passenger confirms that his participation is generated by his personal interest in paragliding. The passenger also expressly confirms to be in good physical condition and that he has no history of mental illness; coronary, nerve or other chronic disorders. The passenger agrees to call off the flight if no theoretical briefing has taken place or if he did not understand it entirely or in parts. He agrees to call off the flight if he is under the influence of alcohol, drugs or a particular medication that could affect his reactions . The passenger is entirely responsible for the risk at hand. We expressly wish to point out that an increased risk to health, life and property can result from participating in the flight. Personal belongings (e.g. clothes, mobile phones, eyeglasses, camera, etc…) can be damaged and not be considered the responsibility of flyovermonaco, including its owners, partners and pilots.
